Mikhaila Jones

CLIENT SERVICES MANAGER

Mikhaila has been working in a variety of financial services roles since 2007 and is undertaking her professional year in 2024-2025 to qualify as a registered Financial Adviser.

After completing her Bachelor of Business (Financial Planning) in 2018 and seeing the devastating impact of bad financial advice during her work in remediation for a big-4 bank, Mikhaila transitioned to a financial planning support role for a reputable Sydney firm. Her experience brings additional depth around her technical knowledge and background in what is “great advice” and what is not so good advice.

In 2023 Mikhaila relocated from Western Sydney to Orange with her husband and two young daughters and hasn’t looked back. Joining Hell Yes! in 2024, Mikhaila is full time, dividing her time between the Bathurst office, Dubbo office and remote work. She provides planning support to Vicki, leads paraplanning operations and assists with implementation of advice whilst working towards completion of professional year requirements.

Mikhaila passionately believes that financial advice is for everyone and would love to help more women and people at the beginning of their financial journey set themselves up for success.

When she isn’t working Mikhaila enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, knitting, and crocheting.
